Clinical production can be scaled up rapidly in existing facilities without having to increase headcount and hence helping you take product into the market much quicker than currently possible. While all QuantaSep systems are equipped with UV, conductivity and pH detectors, they also contain two unique features to protect your product loss, 1) an active air trap and 2) a leak detector. The active air trap protects your column from air without increasing holdup volume and hence unnecessary dilution or gradient formation due to the holdup volumes of in a bubble trap. The leak detector another critical feature allows you to guarantee no loss of your expensive feed or buffers due to leaks being developed as a result of possible loose connections.
